Jennie Robinson Faber 9dd007657a feat(events): pipe displayTimezone through list and sidebar formatters ... Sidebar (EventsMiniSidebar), public events list, member dashboard "Upcoming" block, and EventTicketPurchase all formatted dates in viewer-local TZ.
