Upgrade nuxt 4.0.3→4.3.1, @nuxt/ui 4.0.0→4.5.0, vue 3.5.20→3.5.29, jsonwebtoken 9.0.2→9.0.3, mongoose 8.18.0→8.23.0, and 12 other packages. Bump @nuxtjs/plausible to v3 and marked to v17.
